A lot of this team played earlier in the day in the U11 Shield Final and showed great resolve to clinch with the U10 Cup. We started off on the front foot peppering the Iveragh goal, before eventually making the breakthrough through James Keane. Iveragh came out fighting in the second half, playing with a strong wind they tested stand in keeper Conor Buckley, but Conor pulled off some great saves to keep us in the lead.
This team got just rewards for their effort and commitment they have shown all season, the attendance at training and weekly matches has been brilliant, and it has shown with the quality of football that they have been playing and going unbeaten. They should all be very proud of themselves.
