Killarney Celtic Ladies made the journey to Kenmare this evening to play their 1st league match of the season.
In what is always a tough encounter against one of the best teams in Kerry the Celtic Ladies played absolutely some brilliant football but couldn't find an opener in the 1st half.

2nd half started in the same manor with Celtic moving the ball well and 10mins in Sadhbh Curran found space the box and hit a magnificent strike into the far corner to make it 1-0.
Both teams gave their all for the remainder of the game but Celtic managed to hold on to lead and see out the game.
