On a beautiful spring evening the u13 girls won out convincing winners.
The back four of Aimee Shine,Evelyn Grimes,Nell Casey and Jay-linn O Leary were solid throughout.
The first goal by Olga Kumor came early in the first half when she bravely charged down the
Listowel keeper.
The rest of the first half was an even affair with Listowel being competitive around the middle third, denying Killarney possession.
The second half was more one sided with Killarney getting a number of chances which they failed to take. Mia Cox, Leah Mannix and Brid O’Connor were a torn in the Listowel defence all night.
The ever industrious Seodhna O’Sullivan went close with her shot hitting the upright.
A well taken corner taken by Aimee Shine went straight into the goal making it 2-0.
