🙎♀️ Player of the match goes to out keeper Tara Cronin who was outstanding today 👏
Our Ladies came up against a seriously strong and well drilled Douglas Hall team, from the off they had us under pressure but for 45mins we held them off and created a few half chances ourselves.
0-0 halftime.
2nd half was a little closer but still we struggled to break down Douglas and with 10mins to go their left winger cut inside onto her right foot and scored a cracking goal into the top corner and out of the reach of our amazing keeper Tara Cronin who made alot of serious saves to keep us in touch.
We did press forward for the remainder of the game looking for that equaliser but to no avail.
Game finished 1-0 to Douglas, it was a great game played in the right way and we wish them all the best for the remainder of the season.
