🇳🇬Goal scorers:
David Ajibare ⚽️⚽️⚽️
Rowan Murphy ⚽️
Eoin Murphy⚽️
🙍♂️MOTM: David Ajibare
On a great night for football, we entertained a strong Dynamos side and played some fantastic football throughout the night to grab a deserved 3 points.
Celtic started strong from the off, pressing high and retaining possession. An early breakthrough came after just 5 minutes when Eoin Murphy finished off a good move for his second goal in as many games. The second came soon after when David Ajibare was put through on goal and made no mistake, burying it with his right foot. It was a proper contest in the middle of the field, with Captain Josh O’Donoghue and Rowan Murphy battling for possession, along with Keenan McCarthy, a stalwart at No. 6, making sure Celtic had the upper hand.
With Celtic continuing to press high on Dynamos' back four, Rowan Murphy scored a belter of a third on 20 minutes. A turnover on the goalkeeper allowed him to hit a cracking shot from 25 yards into an empty goal. Celtic went in 3-0 up at HT and were well on top.
All four subs had made appearances by the start of the 2nd half all making their own mark on the game continue to attack wide and defend tight. Celtic created countless chance and due to some heroic goalkeeping Dynamos were still in the contest. However quick thinking on a Celtic corner with Cian McGill going short for a corner & crossing n to David Ajibare to chip the keeper for number 4 on the 55th minute. David completed his H-trick on the 60th minute when he worked hard out of possession to block down a defensive clearance and finish beautifully from a tight angle for number 5 .
👏Shout out to Dynamos for a great game and all who turned out in support .
👏Well done boys and management
