🇳🇬Our U9 boys travelled to Tralee this morning in U9 Boy’s Shield Semi Final

Celtic won after extra time.

Our under 9 white team qualified for the final of our non competitive league shield final after extra time away to St Brendan's Park this morning in Tralee.

Our boys started off strong playing into a big breeze.

Park grew into the game well.

Park started the 3rd quarter the better and led going into the 4th quarter.

Great credit to our boys they never gave up and started the 4th quarter on fire scoring to tie up the game and nearly won it in the last minute of normal time only for a great save from the Park goalkeeper

Celtic started the 5 minutes of extra time strong again and won the game with a fantastic long range effort with 2 minutes to go.

A cracking game by both teams

who gave it there all and played some great stuff in tough conditions.

Myself and @⁨Alan O’Sullivan⁩ were delighted with how the boys played and the great attitude they showed throughout the game.
