Celtic took a big step towards the u16 Division 1 title with a comprehensive victory over Mastergeeha in the leagues top 4 first round game. Celtic played some fine football in the first half and created a number of good chances with Pa O'Brien being a constant threat. Ignacy Truchan, Sean Collins, and Dara Horan all went close before Pa prodded home from a Jack Grady corner.

At 1-0 at halftime the game was still in balance, but Celtics' fine play continued and a cross from Iggy into the 6 yard box was turned into his own net by one of the Geeha defenders. That was shortly followed by the best goal of the night, when Luca Mosca played a perfectly executed trivela pass into the path of Jack Grady whose cross from the right was headed home for Pa's second.

Pa completed his hatrrick when released by Matthew Harrington and his footwork and finish were a delight.
