We got off to a very slow start and could have been behind inside the first 10 minutes only for.good keeping from Kenny Cronin.

We grew into the game and had 3 massive chances to take the lead but we couldn't convert them.

Ballyheigue took the lead after 25 minutes with a well worked goal.

They scored a second against the run of play and led at half time 2 nil.

We had a sloppy start to the second half and went further behind after a defensive mix up.

Great credit to the lads they never let the heads drop and started to dominate the game but couldn't find the finishing touch to some great moves until Evan Cronin scored from a great ball by Eoghan Crowley to make it 3-1 shortly after from a great header by

We made it 3-2 with a brilliant header by Mark Kolesnikov and had 2 more excellent chances after to make it a well deserved draw but it wasn't to be and with 2 minutes to go Ballyheigue scored on the counter attack to make it 4-2.

A tough result to take but credit to the boys for their excellent attitude throughout the game
