Brilliant performance by the lads tonight in a game where we started very slowly and gifted 1 or 2 decent opportunities to AC early on.

We grew into the game and took the lead after 30 minutes when Krystian Wielgus took the ball down in the box, swivelled past 2 defenders and buried the ball in the bottom corner and that's how it stayed till half time.

We came flying out of the blocks in the second half and created numerous opportunities to extend the lead but couldn't find the finish until Conor McCarthy tucked away a penalty after Cathal Kelly was taken down in the box.

AC came firing back and scored a great goal to make it 2-1 but great credit to the lads, they kept their composure and went down and scored 2 quick goals from Conor McCarthy and Krystian Wielgus to seal the win.

Best for Celtic were Keelan O'Brien,Adam McMahon,Mark Hartnett, John Falvey and Conor McCarthy
