An open game with lots of chances. Newcastlewest created the first clear chance early but celtic also had chances cleared off the line.

Celtic took the lead through a sublime long range strike by Jack O'Grady and held the lead until halfway into the second half when Newcastlewest scored from a set piece followup and a well worked goal from the right in quick succession.

Celtic went in chase of an equaliser, coming close twice in the final 5 minites.

No complaints with the result- NCW the better team on the day.
